Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for your first and last name, email address, telephone number, subject, and message. These details are used to receive and respond to your inquiry. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
Submitting an inquiry
Inquiries are submitted to Wix Forms and stored in The Crimson Stag’s Wix account. Contact details may also be added to its contact list to help respond. The form displays a reference after Wix accepts the inquiry; this confirms receipt, not that an email has reached an inbox.
Technical records
Wix processes technical information to operate the form and help prevent spam. Your browser may store a Wix visitor session so the form can recognize the same session. The website does not send your form fields or personal contact details to analytics. Inquiry details are not stored in a separate website test inbox.
External services
Wix, Amazon, Airbnb, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and external publication or alliance websites operate under their own privacy policies. The embedded Google map contacts Google when it loads. See Wix’s privacy policy for information about its services.
